Description: The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basic with Xerox Corporation for a Lease to Purchase (LTOP) three (3) Xerox multi-function copiers, WorkCentre Pro C2636, with the following accessories: Scan/Print/Copy Controller (SPCCCNTRL), Tandem Tray/HCF (ULG), Office Finisher (OFFINSHR), and Fax Kit (FAXKIT). The government requires NMCI-approved copiers for their intended use, and the Xerox copiers are currently approved for NMCI use. Estimated delivery time is 1 October 2007.
