- Solicitation Number W81XWH-07-T-0349 will be issued on or about 14 September 2007 and proposals will be due on or about 21 September 2007 @ 3:30 PM EST. The Governments requirement is to acquire nonpersonal service on malaria projects for the perio d of 12 months at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Silver Spring, MD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541710 with a size standard of 500 employees. The requirement will be set aside 10 0% for small businesses. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Proposals will be evaluated on a Commercial Firm Fixed Price and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Award to inc lude a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
