- The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. See Note 22. Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, WA shall award a sole source base + 4 year contract in the amount of $59,855 to General Electric, Waukesha, WI for annual preventive maintenance services on anethesia machines located at Madigan Army Medical Center. Vendor selection is based upon proprietary rights that the vendor has wi th equipment it manufactures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
