- This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2107 17th Street, Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068. The requirement is for non-personal services of a web-based internet access subscription for comprehensive medical online database retrieval information services with full text book and journal content for the U.S. Army Medical Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, 78234-5068. This is a sole source procurement on solicitation W81K04-07-T-0019 to Elsevier Science I nc, 360 Park Avenue South, 8th Floor, New York, NY, 10010-1710 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Solicitation anticipated closing date is 21 Sep 07. This is a commercial item procurement and FAR Part 12 will be used. Award is ant icipated by 28 Sep 2007.
