- The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) plans to negotiate on a sole source basis with Kalmar RT Center LLC, (Cage Code 1NWY2) for the production of 51 Rough Terrain Container Handlers (RTCHs) and miscellaneous hardware and servic es. This notice is for the purpose of possible subcontracting opportunities only. See Note 22. The RTCH is a container-handling vehicle required to operate on unimproved surfaces with a rated load of a minimum of 53,000 pounds. Item: RTCH, NSN: 3930-01-473-3998. Part Number: TRA240-55S3M.
