- United States Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command Acquisition Center (RDECOM) intends to modify Firm Fixed Priced contract W91CRB-07-P-0039 awarded to CODEplus, 2810 Old Lee Highway, Suite 305, Fairfax, VA 22031 on 1 February 2007 for providing software and installation services compatible with the current passive Radio Frequency Identification Handheld Devices (RFID) system. CODEplus is the only source capable of providing the required software and installation services that are compa tible with the current RFID system. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued for this modification. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, no later than 12:00 am EST, 21 September 2007. All information submi tted should support the offerors capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 5MB.
