- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124V-07-T-0012 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 443112 and the size standard is less than $8 Million. The provision of FAR 52.212- 3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (May 2004) applies to this RFQ. 52.212-3, needs to be completed and a signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items (Jan 1999). The Gov ernment will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose product is technically acceptable with the lowest price. This solicitation requires a Brand Name specific purchase: Bendix King radios are required to support t he JFHQ-MT military support to civil authorities (MSCA) and emergency response missions. All training and execution of emergency operations with radio communications equipment between JFHQ-MT and civil authorities (Law Enforcement, Fire and Medical Respon ders) must be compatible. The Bendix King radios are required to increase interoperability with first responders and the majority of Law Enforcement in this state employ the Bendix King radio. The following is the list of equipment for purchase: 2 each C ased Radio Cache including foam formed radio slot carry case; 16 B/K DPHX 5102X 400 Channel P25 Portables with AA Battery Pack, Antenna, LCD Guard, 1 LAA 0700 Clone Cable, PC Cable and Software, 16 leather carry cases with T-Strap all in a Composite Case. 1 each Portable Repeater VHF without Duplexer using 2 DPHX P25 B/K Portables, Power Supply, Battery and with separate receive and transmit ports. 1 each Portable Repeater VHF with Duplexer using 2 DPHX P25 B/K Portables, Power Supply, Battery and with separate receive and transmit ports.
