Description

This is a notice of intent issue a purchase order to MPRI, Inc., 1201 E. Abingdon Drive, Alexandria VA 22314-1493, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy a gency requirements, 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for 1 each, Wireless BEAMHIT Laser Convoy Counter Ambush Training System. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. Th is notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. MPRI, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and provider of the Wireless BEAMHIT System.
