- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 184 Air Refueling Wing is soliciting quotes for one each Bobcat 331 OR EQUAL with related accessories. The above listed items are to be delivered to the Kansas Air National Guard, McConnell AFB, Ks 67221. This requirement is 100% restricted to small business. The NAICS code is 423810 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 3531 applies to this procurement. The contractor shall provide the following items or EQUAL TO Mfg. BOBCAT,: CLIN 0001 1 each Bobcat 331 Compact Excavator, P/N 6815835; CLIN 0002: To include 1 each Cab enclosure with heater and air conditioning, P/N 7101134. CLIN 0003: To include 1 each Extendable arm, P/N 7137683. CLIN 0004: To include 1 each 13? heavy duty trenching bucket w/ 3 bolt-on teeth, P/N 7104343. CLIN 0005: To include 1 each 18? heavy duty trenching bucket, 4 bolt-on teeth, P/N 7104336. CLIN 0006: To include 1 each 24? heavy duty trenching bucket, 4 bolt-on teeth, P/N 6813593. The offeror shall include descriptive literature such as specifications, brochures or other manufacturing information that fully describes the item if not the suggested manufacturer and part numbers. This item is to be delivered FOB Destination within 30-45 days ARO to the following address: 184th Kansas Air National Guard, Local Purchase Receiving, Bldg 42 Receiving Dock, 57330 Mustang Drive, McConnell AFB, KS 67221. The soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price.
