- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 109th Airlift Wing, Scotia, NY has arequirement for the following items. (2) T5-LIC TR Line Interface Controller, (2) T5-301 tone remote keying, (4) T50SHMKIT short haul modem kits, ( 2) T5-OPP Operator Position Ports, (2) T5-9400D1 Desktop CIP radio control panel, (2) T5-401DH Dual Heavy Footswitch monitor, (2) T5-402 Panel mounted microphone electret 17 gooseneck, (2) T5-406 headset jack interface, (2) T5-407 second headset interface, (2) TDM-OP702/05 6 pr console/CPP cable w/50 feet #6 cable, (2) T5-9400PC minitower OSI workstation PC windows, (2) T5-17LCD/U 17 inch LCD touch screen, USB port, (2) T5-491 Equip console for mouse control, (2) T5-446-2 Rapid Recall recorder 2 channels 64 min ea channel, (4) 313DS3696 IC DS3696, (4) 1309H91N Plantronics noise reduction headset, (4) 1309SHS1896 Plantronics 6 wire PTT switch & 15 ft cord, 92) T5-HSTKIT handset kit. To include all engineering, service, installation of all materials, programm ing and testing and shipping to Scotia, NY 12302. Includes 12 months of maintenance warranty labor.
