- This announcement is notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Catholic Religious Coordinator, Gabriele Fulkerson; 2600 Grasslands DR, Killeen, Texas 76549-1450. The proposed contract action is for Services for which the Government i ntends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for Religious Education service for the Fort Hood Catholic community. Coordinate the Roman Catholic Religious Education Program for children in gra des 1 through 12 and adults on the entire installation. Catholic Religious Coordinator program is in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) during the period of Performance 01 Oct 2007-30 Sep 2008; estimated dollar value for FY08 is $35,226. 00 for base year. Additional, option period for one year FY 09 will equate to $35,226.00; however, total contract value is $70,452.00 and is subject to availability of funds (SAF) FY 08.
