- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 484210 and the size standard is $23.5 million. This procurement is a 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The pricing must be quoted as follows: Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001- Remove and Relocate, 37 each Berco Tables ( dimensions 4 foot by 2 foot ), 50 each office chairs, 37 each metal 3 drawer cabinets, 4 each large wall charts ( must unscrewed from existing wall and refastened with screws at ne w location) , 1 each Large Map ( 8 foot by 12 foot, map is in three 8 foot by 4 foot pieces similar to plywood, must be unscrewed from existing wall and refastened with screws at new location), From building P10000 basement floor up one flight of stairs (service elevator is available) to the first floor of building T670 (approximately 3.2 miles away). The period of performance is on or about 17 Sep 2007- 24 Sep 2007. Contractor is required to repair or replace all damaged furniture to Government Satisfa ction. Contractor is required to provide all equipment and supplies needed in order to disassemble, move, and reassemble. The Government will rely on the contractors own quality assurance to ensure that appropriate furnisher in wrapped with appropriate p rotection before moved. Contractor Manpower Reporting: The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower & Reserve Affairs) has established a secure data collection site, entitled Contractor Manpower Reporting System, for the purpose of capturing contractor (and subcon tractor) manpower utilized during the performance of this contract. As a result, the contractor shall report all the information required by the Contractor Manpower Reporting System.
