- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Idaho Technology Inc., 390 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108-1210. The contractor shall provide two (2) R.A.P.I.D. Systems. Idaho Technology is the only manufacturer of the specialized equipment, demonstrating real-time PCR designed to identify biological agents. The North American Industry Classification System ((NAICS) 334516 and the size standard i s 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 AM, Eastern Daylight Savings Time, September 12, 2007. This notice of intent i s not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitatioon of offers.
