- EMERGENCY EVACUATION SYSTEM The contractor is required to deliver and install an emergency evacuation system in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Need. All labor, materials, machines and tools required in performance of the contract shall be provided by the contractor. Including insurance, delivery, unloading and installation. Disposal of packaging and waste material is the responsibility of the contractor.
