- This posting was made to amend the Special Notice under the same Solicitation number F2V3F97166A004 that originally was scheduled to close 9 September 2007. A Site Vist was held on 6 September 2007, as a result the closing date for submittal of quotes is 2 pm EST, 13 September 07. MacDill AFB Fire Dept. - Security/Surveillance System This requirement is being advertised pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(2). Reference No. F2V3F97166A004. The Government has a requirement for a Security/Surveillance System to be installed at the MacDill Fire Department Facility; the following items are needed specifically. Vehicle Stall: Provide and install (2) Color Cameras, minimum 530 TVL w/ 9-22 mm lens Entrances to fire station: Provide and install (4) Outdoor Color Camera, minimum 470 TVL w/ 2.8-12mm lens Power Supply: Must be able to power 6 cameras but expand up to 8 cameras. 5 Amp minimum Recording Capability: DVR/CDRW capability, minimum of 320 Gig LCD Monitors: (2) Color monitors, minimum of 15 inch display. 1024x768 Rack: Desk stand or stands for color monitors. Must be able to install all hardware/monitors Misc materials: If applicable, any cabling, connectors, etc... Installation labor and testing: Itemize separately Warranty: Optional annual maintenance charges; Identify commercial over the counter warranty and price out an extended warranty and maintenance plan. All ?pre-wiring?, to include termination point has been completed. Contractor will need to bid on providing and installing equipment at the install points. All other work has been completed. Vendors will need to bid on ?all or none? of the required items. The NAICS code is 561621 with a small business size standard of $11.5 Million. This requirement is a 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. The closing date for submittal of quotes is 2 pm EST, 13 September 07.
