- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3ZT937242A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 and Defense DCN 20070828. This acquisition will be 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS Set-Aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6115. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3825. This request for quotation consists of the following items OR Equal: Item 0001: Qty, 8 EA, (Cannon Load Banks, model# L-63 Load bank). LOAD BANK designed to provide a temporary load for field servicing and testing 120/240 volt single phase or 120/208 three phase 60HZ generators and inverters. Is air cooled and completely self contained. Minimum power 30KW 3 Phase and a 20KW single phase load. Length MUST be between 20 and 24 inches, Width MUST be between 6 and 10 inches, Weight MUST be between 30 to 40 pounds. FEATURES -Load steps: 1, 2, 2, 5, 10, 10KW on 3 Phase -Plug test pins for connecting test leads -Receptacle for 10 foot cable included with load bank -Meters: 0-150V voltmeter, 0-100A ammeter, 55-65HZ frequency meter -Power indicator lights -Thermal protection -Carrying case.
