- This notice is to provide and update to the status of the CFT source selection. As described in the posting on 9-4-07, we have been awaiting approval of the Acq. Plan and Source Selection Plans to be able to release the formal RFP. As of 9-7-07, the Acq. Plan has been approved by SAF/AQ. This now allows AFMC to conduct a final review of the Source Selection Plan. Once the Source Selection Plan has been approved by AFMC, we will release the formal RFP. We expect this final review to take 2 or 3 business days and hopefully be completed NLT 13 Sep 07. We're still on track to release the RFP on 14 Sep 07, however release could still occur a few days early or a few days later. All interested parties are encouraged to watch FBO daily for any other updates and the impending release of the formal RFP.
