- **This is a combined synopsis/solicitation** **The government intends to award this as a sole source to Force 3, Inc.** Standard Support maintenance and extended service coverage includes updates to a product, but not new feature upgrades of a product. A standard annual support mainenance and extended service coverage agreement for a product provides the customer with: -Periodic maintenance updates and any enabling license keys required to install the maintenance update. -Issuance of one replacement license key per year. Additional replacement keys are discounted per user per incident, while software products are covered under support maintenance. -Repair and/or replacement of any defective hardware covered. -Periodic patch release.-Updates to the user manuals as they come available. -Customer support through central support and field support. -Access to 24-hour online support, providing access to known problem lists, frequently asked questions (FAQs), online publications, and knowledge-based services. - Notification service for changes in product functionality or company information. - Proactive Alerts: Automatic reporting of changes to TSR/SPR status.
