- This requirement is a HUB Zone Set-aside This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B3M37250A001 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 423990. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for: Qty 4 Power Distribution Panel kits. Each Power Distribution Panel Kit includes: Qty 1, 48 Inch Adaptor Cord- A #10 AWG, 4 conductor, Black insulated adaptor cord, approximately 48? long with a 14-30P plug on one end and a L1430C connector on the opposite end. This cord shall be labeled with the part number. Qty 1, 100 foot 30 AMP cord to Distribution Panel- #10 AWG, 4 conductor, black, SO type cord 100ft long with a L1430P plug on one end and a L1430C connector on the opposite end. This cord shall be labeled with the part number. Qty 1, 25 Foot 20 Amp Cord Distribution Panel- #14 AWG, 3 conductor, black cord 25 ft long with a L1430C connector on one end and L14-200P cord cap on the opposite end. This cord shall be labeled with the part number. Qty 1, UK Receptacle Box- Nema 12-6X8X4 enclosure Painted Desert sand with (4) each 13 amp UK receptacles and a weatherproof cover over each receptacle. There shall be an adapter cord of #10 AWG, 4 conductors, black approximately 6? long with a 14-30P plug on the end. A Kellem type cord grip shall be installed where the cord enters the enclosure. Inside the enclosure a terminal strip shall be installed for the connections between the 10-4 cord and the tails from the receptacles. This box shall be labeled with the part number. Qty 1, Distribution Panel- Remote distribution pan. The face of this panel shall consist of (1) 14-30R protected by a 30 amp, 2 pole breaker, (1)L%-30R protected by a push to reset 30 amp breaker, (2) duplex GFCI 120 volt receptacles protected by a push to reset 20 amp breaker each, a voltage meter, and a hour meter. The rear of this remote panel shall have a L14-30 recessed male receptacle mounted in a weatherproof cover. All the above shall be installed in a 15X15X6 Nema 3R enclosure using (4) ?? isolation type amounts. The 3R cover shall be hinge mounted to lift up when it is in use. When closed, this cover shall be secured with a clasp on each side. The entire panel after being constructed shall have a 1? square tubing frame having (2) uprights extending 2? above the 3R enclosure. There shall be a 16? square attached at the base and the 3R enclosure shall have approximately 3? clearance between the bottom and the base. All open ends on the square tubing will be plugged or capped. The entire enclosure and frame shall be Painted Desert sand color and labeled with the part number. Qty 2, 100 Foot UK Extension Cord- 14 AWG, 3 conductor, black 100? cord with a fused 13 amp United Kingdom plug on one end and a 13 amp United Kingdom connector body on the opposite end. This shall be labeled with the part number. Qty 2, 50 foot UK Extension Cord- Same as CG03-01G except it is a 50 ft long. Qty 2, 100 Foot US Extension Cord- 12 AWG, 3 conductor, black 100 ft cord with a nylon 120 volt cord cap on one end and a nylon 120 volt connector body on the opposite end. This shall be labeled with the part number. Qty 2, 50 Foot US Extension Cord- Same as CG03-01H except it is 50 ft long. Qty 1, 100 Foot US Duplex Receptacle Cord- L5-03P 125 Volt twist lock male plug on one end, 100? #12 black wire with 2 each duplex 110 volt GFCI receptacles on opposite end, enclosed with an in use weather proof receptacle cover. This cord shall be labeled with the part number. Qty 1, 50 Foot US Duplex Receptacle Cord- Same as CG03-01C2 except 50 ft long. Qty 2, US Six-Receptacle Power Strip- (6) 110 volt receptacle surge protected power strip. This strip shall be labeled with the part number. Award will be based on price, and suitability of the item at the desired location.
