- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18, (30 Jun 07) All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. 1. Description: The following items are an all inclusive listing of items needed for each kit. Three kits need to be consolidated and shipped to various locations within the continental United States. The specific locations will be provided upon request via email. One electronic Digital Read Counter BECKMAN INSTRUMENTS, one Radio Test set SOPARK CORP, three Electronic Digital Read Counters BECKMAN INSTRUMENTS, three Oscilloscopes TEKTRONIX INC, three Signal Generators AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES, three Spectrum Analyzers WARNER ROBINS AIR LOGISTICS CENTER, two Radio Sets (PSC-5) RAYTHEON COMPANY, and one Test Set Radio SOPARK CORP. Due to the number of items being procured, it is requested that you email the address listed at the end of this announcement for a more complete description of items and to include shipping locations. Award will be made as a complete packages/ Kits, with no split awards made. Request brand name or equal be provided for all items. If providing an or equal item, the quote must state the items are an or equal. Documentation/literature may be requested to support the items are equal. All prices must be submitted based on FOB Destination. 2. Delivery: 30 Days from Date of Award FOB Destination 3. The following provisions and Clauses are applicable: a. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial b. 52.212-2 Evaluation ? Commercial Items (a)-evaluation will be based on price and awarded on an all or none basis. No split awards will be made. c. 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Please include a completed copy of 52.212-3 or complete at https://orca.bpn.gov/ d. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items e. 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items.
