- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, technical/maintenance manuals, training, delivery, and accessories necessary to furnish and install a Medi-Stim VeriQ intraoperative diagnostic System. All equipment shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to Hines VAMC, 5th and Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141 and is included in the contract price. All equipment shall be delivered and installed within 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice of Award and/or Purchase Order. Contract type is firm-fixed price and is 100% small business set-aside. NACIS Code is 423450 with a size standard of 500 employees. Anticipated period of performance is on or about September 19, 2007 through November 31, 2007. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available free of charge on or about September 7, 2007 at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
