- Description
- This is a modification to the previous announcement. There is a discrepancy with regard to the due date for the past performance questionnaires. The past performance questionnaire (Attachment 2) indicates that the due date is September 10, 2007 and the body of the announcement indicates that questionnaires must be submitted no later than the date and time quotes are due, which is September 17, 2007. The correct due date for past performance questionnaire submittal is 12:00 PM EST September 17, 2007. Attachment 2, the past performance questionnaire is revised to read as follows: "The completed questionnaire is to be provided directly to the DHS Contract Specialist. Please provide an honest assessment and return the questionnaire to DHS by e-mail to the address shown below, no later than the time and date the solicitation closes September 17, 2007, 12:00 PM EST."
