- Description
- The Department of Commerce/International Trade Administration/Manufacturing & Services Office of Travel & Tourism Industries intends to negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 252(c)(1) this acquisition will be conducted utilizing the procedures in FAR Subpart 12 and FAR Part 6.302-1 (b)(1)(i) with the University of South Carolina Research Foundation. The Government anticipates the award of purchase of a report on the China Consumer Study survey on a firm fixed price basis with a magnitude of less than $25 thousand. A formal Request for Quotation is currently not available. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541910 and business size standard is $6M. All responsible sources may submit a statement of technical capabilities which shall be considered by the agency. Information submitted in response to this notice must be in sufficient detail to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. Responses or questions results from this notice may be submitted via email to Juanita Beck at juanita.beck@noaa.gov , no later then September 12, 2007. Failure to submit documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above.
