- Description
- The Tahoe National Forest anticipates awarding a non-competitive contract to Confab LLC, Hamilton, MT, for highly assisting the Prescott National Forest (Prescott, AZ) with finalizing the plan for implementing its Draft Prescribed Fire and Smoke Management Plan. This will include 1) reviewing the Marketing Plan and providing appropriate comments; 2) suggesting changes to the plan that would allow the use of the Three Levels of Human Geography and collaborative relationship-building model; 3) using that model to identify informal leaders in targeted marketing areas and building relationships with them; and 4) recommending appropriate activities, media, and strategies to be included in the implementation plan. The work is expected to be conducted between September 27, 2007, and April 30, 2008. Vendors believing they can meet this requirement must submit written information showing clearly that the individual(s) proposed for accomplishing the work have successful experience in using the Three Levels of Human Geography and in collaborative relation-building. Individuals using this model/process in the Prescott, AZ, and surrounding area will have a competitive edge. Also include hourly rates for each individual named.
