- NSN 4933-00-070-9151, Fixture, Barrel Remover, IAW Rock Island Arsenal, CAGE 19204 DWG 11010032 REV C DTD 21 May 85 P/N 10010032. An Export Control TDP applies. This is a Service Disabled Small Business Set-Aside. This is not a commercial item. This item has critical item application. The solicitation is for an Indefinite quantity contract (IQC). The estimated annual demand quantity is 708 EA for one base and four option years. The maximum annual contract quantity is 1,416 EA. The guaranteed minimum for the base year only is 177 EA. Surge & Sustainment is required. The FOB point is destination, inspection/acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 54 daro or less to stock location San Joaquim, CA. or Susquehanna, PA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
