- The following requirement is 100% set-aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned small business pursuant to FAR 19.74. Numbered Note 29 applies to this acquisition. The NAICS code is 443120 and the corresponding small business size standard is $8.0 million. The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Logistics Information Service, has a requirement for the following items of information technology hardware. 1. Fifty (50) each, unused, new in the box, Gateway, 19-inch (diagonal), LCD flat panel display monitors or equal. The important physical, functional and performance characteristics for an or equal item are set forth in the .pdf Adobe attachment entitled 19 inch or equal. 2. Twenty (20) each, unused, new in the box, Gateway, 21-inch (diagonal), LCD flat panel display monitors, or equal. The important physical, functional and performance characteristics for an or equal item are set forth in the .pdf Adobe attachment entitled 21 inch or equal. Offerors who submit a quotation for an or equal item bear the entire burden, risk and expense associated with providing objective evidence in support of their claim of an or equal item. There is no equipment available for trade-in credit. Offerors are strongly cautioned to submit their quotations no later than the closing date and time specified in this FEDBIZOPS announcement. Any quotation received after the time and date set for receipt of quotations will not be considered for award. Inspection, acceptance, and F.O.B. are at Destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Required delivery date is no later than 30 days after receipt of a signed order. Submit a legible copy of your standard commercial warranty concurrently with your quotation. One award will be made. The evaluation factor for award is lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. As a condition of contracting, the successful offeror must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov). Receipt of your quotation is due no later than September 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
