- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number HUD-5AGI0-08-0001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 812930 and the size standard is $6.5 million. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of HUD-OIG has a requirement for eleven (11) parking spaces for the period October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. The contractor shall provide indoor parking spaces that have twenty-four hour, seven days a week access, in and out privileges and self-parking. The contractor will not leave the vehicles unsecured and will not have access to vehicle keys. The parking boundaries required are within a one-block radius of 77 W Jackson Blvd, Chicago, IL 60604.
