- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YN-07-T-0021 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect th rough Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large businesses. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made t o a participating large business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423620 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The SIC code is 5065. The Florida Air National Guard Headquarters is located in St. Augustine, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for supplies and services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to purch ase and install audio visual equipment and provide training in the Public Affairs Office.
