Description: This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 0001- 28 Full size sedans (i.e, Ford Taurus or similar) vehicle should have a full tank of fuel upon delivery. Any vehicle returned without a full tank of fuel will be charged at the end of this contract. Unlimited mileage within the state of Texas. Insurance is not required since the government is self-insured. Replacement vehicle to be provided within 1 hour should a mechanical problem occur. Vehicle to be delivered to 1200 Avenue K, Bldg 1903, Attn Lt Steven Smith Sheppard AFB Tx 76311 NLT 18 Oct 07. Rental period is 18 Oct 07 - 22 Oct 07. 0002- 28 Mid size sedans (i.e. Dodge Stratus or similar) vehicle should have a full tank of fuel upon delivery. Any vehicle returned without a full tank of fuel will be charged at the end of this contract. Unlimited mileage within the state of Texas. Insurance is not required since the government is self-insured. Replacement vehicle to be provided within 1 hour should a mechanical problem occur. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
