- PURCHASE OF CULVERT AND WATER CONTROL DEVICES 1. Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to purchase one (1) each of the following items: 108? x 12? riser, 72? x 40? pipe, 90? x 12? riser, 60? x 40? pipe and a 72? diameter x 40? long CMP (aluminum), Manufacturer: Contec or equal. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Procurement and will be procured using commercial procedures. The Solicitation Number is FA4809-07-Q-0254. 2. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 331210 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. 3. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 07 Sep 07 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
