- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to exercise previously negotiated firm-fixed price option line items under Contract N00019-07-D-0004 to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for the VH-3D/VH-60N Executive Helicopter Special Progressive Aircraft Rework (SPAR): Security Manpower, Security Maintenance Support, VH-3D Project Engineering Support, VH-60N Project Engineering Support, VH Integrated Logistic Support, VH On-site training, Technical Manuals, Technical Manuals Contractor Support, Technical Manuals Travel-IPR, Technical Manuals Travel - NATOPS, Program Support and Quality Engineer.
