- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is interest in leasing approximately 121,600 rentable square feet of office, common areas, administration and special purpose space. Offers to lease should be located within 5 miles of Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. Force protection requirements consists of but are not limited to the following: roadways and parking can not be within 148 feet of an uncontrolled perimeter, controlled access shall be performed on all housekeeping/maintenance personnel, all outsid e exits must be able to be securely locked. Parking requirement is for 400 spaces. Only offers for providing the total square footage within one existing structure will be considered.
