- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Principle NAICS is 339920 and size standard is 500 Employees. The Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) requires T-shirt launchers (gun/cannon). The Government intends to place a single order without discussions. Therefore, offers should submit their best offer up front. Do not assume you will be able to revise your offer. Requirement: Item 0001: Quantity 10, T-shirt launcher. Each case should have, at a minimum, a case, CO2 tank ( indicate size in offer), ability to attach Florida National Guard advertising placard, lifetime warranty. Item 0002: Quantity 20, CO2 tank (indicate size in offer).
