- This amended solicitation is required because the addition of more hallways and entryways, biannual stripping/waxing, and carpet shampooing. The frequencies of the general janitorial services have not changed; they will remain the same at 2 times a week. Requests for the solicitation package shall be in writing and submitted to MSG Lee Gunderson via email, lee.gunderson@ndfarg.ang.af.mil or fax 701-451-2334 on or before 7 September 2007. All interested offerors MUST attend a scheduled site visit o n September 11, 2007, prior to submitting a bid in order to comprehend the full scope of work involved. All quotes are due not later than 1400 hours CST on September 14, 2007. Notice of Intent to the low bidder will be given by 18 September 2007.
