- This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source order to Infor for 7i Advanced Reporting enterprise seats & training. A justification for using other than full and open competition, simplified acquisition has been prepared. Infor as the manufacturer of the software, is the sole source in the United States and Canada, and owns all proprietary rights thereto. The software is considered a commercial item IAW FAR Part 13.1. This notice is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive prices. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide the required software/training in writing, by mail, fax, or email to Jay D. Cohen NLT 15:00 EST, Thursday September 20th, 2007.
