- THIS AMENDMENT REMOVES THE 100% HUBZONE SETASIDE REQUIREMENT; CHANGES CONTACT INFORMATION AND EXTENDS CLOSING DATE. Quotes are being sought for the reconstruction of the Little Wenatchee Trailhead. Work includes 40 hours of equipment rental for excavator, dump trucks and water truck and 20 hours of equipment rental for grader and roller to reconstruct the trailhead access area. Work done on hourly basis will be all work excluding the aggregate placement. Work associated with aggregate surfacing (purchase, haul, processing and placement) will be done separately. Project Location: From Wenatchee Washington head west on State Highway 2 to Coles Corner. Turn right at State Highway 207 and follow to junction of Highway 207 and Forest Service Road 6500. Follow Forest Service Road 6500 for approximately 14 miles. Project is at this point. Notice of Total HUBzone Small Business Concern Set-Aside ? Offers from other than Certified HUBzone Contractors will not be considered. Offerors must be certified with the Small Business Administration Certification list.
