- This is to notify all interested parties that (1) the website for information retrieval has changed and is now http://cce.hqda.pentagon.mil; (2) the answers to all questions are still forth coming but not anticipated before 07 Sep 07; (3) there is no requirement for a secret clearance as stated that is changed to For Official Use Only (FOUO); and (4) the total page count of the Offerors Technical Proposal is limited to fifteen (15) pages. This page count is all inclusive, except for resumes and qual ity control plans. Offerors will submit resumes (not to exceed two pages per person) and a quality control plan (not to exceed 5 pages) as attachments to the Technical Proposal. Resumes and quality control plans will not count against the 15-page limit. The total page count of the Offerors Past Performance is limited to six (6) pages (not to exceed two (2) pages per reference). All other questions will be addressed in the amendment to the solicitation at the above listed website on or about 07 Sep 07. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
