- The purpose of this amendment is to clarify questions/answers and requirements for submission of offers. i. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS a. What lighting conditions should we assume to be able to configure the appropriate solution? DAY b. The aerial photographs do not provide sufficient detail for our engineers to plan and design an access control system or interior closed circuit television system. We ask that you provide us civil engineering floor plans. Considering the sensitive nat ure of such plans post 9/11, I ask that you allow us to send one of our local engineers to your office to pick up the floor plans or that you post them on Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS). WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE FLOOR PLANS FOR THIS PROJECT. WE ARE WORKING WITH DPW TO SEE IF THEY CAN PROVIDE. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE. ii. Submission of quotes shall be forwarded by Wednesday, September 12, 2007, 1:00 local time using either facsimile at (910) 396-7872, or email at stephanie.murphree@conus.army.mil. Offers shall contain a detailed explanation of how the system you are of fering will satisfy the Governments requirement as provided in the Statement of Work and Questions and Answers. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
