- This amendment 02 is issued to respond to the following questions: QUESTION 1. The solicitation was posted with a window of ten days for a response. This is a very short period of time, would you please consider extending the response deadline? A NSWER 1. The Government considers 10 days to be sufficient to respond to this solicitation. The closing date is not extended and the closing date/time remains 4:00 PM CST 31 Aug 2007. QUESTION 2. Teaming by small business is supported by the SBA. Would two small business providing a proposal be considered non-responsive? ANSWER 2. No, as long as both team members are in compliance with all other criteria set forth in the solicitation. QUESTION 3. Do you want responding companies to provide a product s et with pricing? Example, we have well over 20 thousand line items of Dell product alone. ANSWER 3. Offerors need only comply with the solicitation requirements. Individual item pricing is not requested. Offerors attention is directed to paragraph 3.1 0, which states, Following the establishment of the BPAs resulting from this synopsis and solicitation, the USAMCOM will compete any future ITECS requirements among a subset of BPA holders, using vendor rotation as determined by the Contracting Officer. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
