- This Amendment 01 adds the following paragraph 3 to SOW section entitled "CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES". 3. Wage Determination This contract falls under the Service Contract Act. Contractor employees will receive wages and Fringe Benefits at a rate to ensure compliance with Wage Determination No. 2005-2393, Rev. No. 4, dated 05/29/2007, or the latest revision in effect at the time of contract award, as the determination applies to Occupation Code 12160. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
