- This requirement is for the purchase of the following items for the AFRC A-10 Full Mission Trainer for hardware, software and installation of the Brief/Debrief System. One complete system will be located at Whiteman AFB LA, Homestead ARB, Fl and Barksdale AFB, LA. This requirement is a Small Business Set-A-Side. The required parts are listed in the BDBS Material List, see below. HQ AFRC at Robins AFB intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for all or none of the items listed. Installation will also be included in this requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is required and a written solicitation will not be issued.
