- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N00189-07-T-G050 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov and www.acq.osd.mil. This is a total small business competitive action. The FISC Norfolk Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: ITEM 0001 3644 CF REFREGERATED HP LIQUID NITROGEN, 10 EACH PER YEAR. ITEM 0002 230 CF COMPRESSED NITROGEN OIL PUMPED, 15 EACH PER YEAR. ITEM 0003 304 CF COMPRESSED NITROGEN WATER PUMPED, 160 EACH PER YEAR. ITEM 0004 200 SZ SULFUR HEXAFLUORIDE, 8 EACH PER YEAR. ITEM 0005 RENTAL 3644 CF CYLINDERS FOR HP NITROGEN, 4 EACH PER MONTH. ITEM 0006 RENTAL 230 CF CYLINDERS FOR OP NITROGEN, 7 EACH PER MONTH. ITEM 0007 RENTAL 304 CF CYLINDERS FOR WP NITROGEN, 48 EACH PER MONTH. ITEM 0008 RENTAL 200 SZ CYLINDERS FOR SULFUR HEXAFLUORIDE, 8 EACH PER MONTH. The items are required F.O.B. destination. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Place of delivery will be NCTAMS LANT DET CUTLER, Cutler, Maine, 04626. Method of payment will be Government Purchase Card. Quotation shall include as a minimum: Unit Price FOB destination, point of contact name and phone number, payment terms, and all provision information called for in 52.212-3. DOD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions.
