- NEW INFORMATION!!! This is a change to the original solicitation posted on 08/16/2007. 1. The second requirement says see page 4 for more detailed Administrative Law Materials. Please ignore that statement. There is no page 4. 2. Please omit requirement number nine. The attorneys do not need a Navy OGC Customized Web page. 3. Question: Would the agency please clarify how many locations and where the offices are of the Naval Supply Systems Command General Counsel? Answer: The solicitation covers four legal offices, all of which come under the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). NAVSUP Headquarters and one NAVICP office are located in Mechanicsburg, PA. The remaining NAVICP Office and FISC Norfolk Det Phila are located in Philadelphia, PA. 4. Question: Would the agency please clarify how many users are at each location? Answer: Office A. FISC 6 users B. NICP MECH 6 users C. NAVSUP 6 users D. NICP Philly 11 users
