- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The items quoted must be the make and model specified; substitutes are not acceptable. Items are required t o duplicate existing facility suites. Quotes will only be accepted fr om authorized Sun distributors with valid documentation of their resale agreement. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12.5 and FAR Part 13. The closing date will be 7 September 2007 with an anticipated award date of 14 September 2007. All items will be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be within 30 days after receipt of order. The GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
