- The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to construct a pedestrian bridge and observation deck at the Hagerman National Fish Hatchery Headquarters Compound. It is highly recommended that the contractor make a visit to the site to familiarize himself with the Project. The contractor shall contact and make arrangements with the appropriate Hatchery staff before visiting the site. B. The project is located on the Hagerman National Fish Hatchery Compound in Hagerman, Idaho. The work to be performed is just outside the office building located on the Hatchery compound. C. All inquires regarding the work should be directed to Mark Harris the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) at the Division of Engineering, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 911 N.E. 11th Avenue 2nd Floor West, Portland, Oregon 97232-4181, (503) 231-2209.
