- This Procurement shall be conducted under FSC CODE: S201, SIC CODE: 7349, NAICS Code: 561720. The size standard for this code is $14,000,000. TYPE OF AWARD: This acquisition shall be 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses RFQ. JOB DESCRIPTION: Recreational Janitorial Services, Success Lake, Tulare County, Porterville, Ca. Prospective vendors are Strongly urged to visit the site to become familiar with the location and the work involved. The work required under this request is for Recreational Janitorial, various locations at Success Lake. This purchase shall be for a base year and four (4) option years. All Quotations are due not later than 17 September 2007 @ 10:00 am PST. The acquisition method is Request for Quotation. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Award shall be made to the vendor whose quotation is determined to be the most adva ntageous to the Government, Price and Other Factors to include Corporate Experience and Proposed Supervisors Qualifications, and Past Performance (Corporate and Proposed Supervisors). After evaluating each quotation that is received, the Government will compare the quotations (both price and other factors) to determine which offers the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the firm submitting the lowest price. VENDORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation shall be available on or about 31 August 2007. The Request for Quotation shall not be provided in hard paper copy. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition shall be posted on a secure Government we bsite known as FedTeDS. Th e hyperlink shall be inserted into the notices for this acquisition posted on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the FedBizOpps (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov) once the solicitation is issued. The hy per-link shall not appear as a website address, but as text as follows: Available online via the FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) website. Viewing/downloading documents from FedTeDS shall require prior registration in Central Contractor Registrat ion (www.ccr.gov).
