- Reference Note #22 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W31P4Q-07-T-0578 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. This is a sole source r equirement to Advanced Video, Inc., 400 Northeast Dr Ste C, Columbia, SC, 29203-5182. CLIN 0001 will be issued for three (3) each of AVI 100 inch RazorEdge Rear Screen Enclosures to include Freestanding RSE with 94% XL FSG Mirror, Projection Mounting Brack et & Hardware for VDC Marquee 8500 Projector - Lens required, HD-8, Black Laminate Cladding, Removable Front & Rear Access, Panels Orbital Leveling Feet, Factory Framed, 100 inch VistaPower 5.0 (VP5) Optical Screen, Single Element Fresnel/Linticular Techno logy, 5.0 Peak Gain, NeutralGrey Tint, Special Color Correction Formulation for CRT, Projection RazorEdge Seamless Screen Framing, (minus) 1.0 mm Image Separation; three (3) each VDC Marquee Model P15285-98 Projectors with Ultra HD8B; Lens assembly, 8 inch Electromag. Focus CRT, 2048 X 1536 Pixels; 1 Lot of Miscellaneous Hardware & Cabling; three (3) each of Extron 190 FV Analog Interface Modules with 25', 5 wire HR cables. CLIN 0002 will be issued for shipping and handling, insurance, engineering and desi gn, travel, lodging, installation, calibration, and training. The place of delivery, acceptance, and FOB point is U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, 35898, marked for the attention of M r. Peter Trenkle, AMSRD-AMR-BA-AT, 256-313-6756. Applicable warranty shall be a minimum of one (1) year. The required period of performance is from date of award through twelve (12) months or earlier. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Gove rnment, price, and ot her factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement and price. Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Com mercial items, OFFERORS MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETED COPY WITH THE OFFER; Clause 52.212-4, Contract Term and Conditions - Commercial Items; and Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, are applicable to thi s acquisition.
