NOUN: Panel, Structural, AI; PRON: AX7F0436, NSN: 1560-01-249-8473, PN: 70500-03007-041, Quantity: 100 each, applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 100 each, 306 Days after Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 192 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each, 204 DACA. This is a 100% Hubzone Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than hubzone business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
