- The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement for Wire Shelving and materials handling equipment. Solicitation number W912JB-07-T-2019 will be available on or about 31 August 2007 at our website http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ebs/Adver tisedSolicitations.asp. Completed proposals must be submitted to the USPFO for Michigan no later than 12:00p.m., EDT, 10 September 2007. The projected contract award date is on or about 15 September 2007. Eventual contract award will be based on Best V alue and vendors should be prepared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements. This procurement will be a full and open solicitation with cascading set-aside to small business set-aside. If the government receives a sufficient n umber of eligible small business offers, large business proposals will not be considered for award.
