- This is a Request for Information (W91WAW-07-R-0062) for procurement planning purposes only. Do not submit a Proposal or Quote in response to this Request for Information. The Government does not intend to award a contract from the results of this request. The Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is soliciting information in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e) to allow the private sec tor the opportunity to provide innovative solutions for total life cycle systems management for business process services and solutions for logistics, maintenance, and supply functions and associated technologies in the form of questions, suggestions, and value engineering. No technical proposal is required. The Government intends to issue a solicitation in the future for the award of multiple contracts for acquisition, technical, IT Solutions and Enterprise Alignment support for a Base Period and four (4 ) 12-month Option Periods. Interested vendors may obtain a draft copy of the Performance Work Statement at the following web site: http://ccenew.hqda.ds.army.mil/home/index.asp (within the website, click on CCE Business Opportunities, click on RFPs, then s earch for W91WAW-07-R-0062). The Government may revise its acquisition strategy and solicitation requirements based upon industry response. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information identifi ed (e.g. limited and/or restricted rights). Response to this Request for Information must be submitted by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST), September 14, 2007. The point of contact for this Request for Information is Ms. Annette M.
